What this site stores, what Google and other services receive, and the choices you have.

In short
You can read every page without an account. We do not sell personal data. Most of what the site remembers stays in your own browser.
Stored in your browser
Your theme, language, guide mode, boss alert settings and planner or checklist progress are saved in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us, and clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and sends usage data to Google. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner; elsewhere it is on with a notice and you can turn it off. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Advertising
This site uses Google AdSense to show ads, which pays for hosting. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show you ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ads Settings, and opt out of many third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Where the law requires it, Google asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown.
Feedback, boss reports and character lookups
When you send feedback we store your message, the page you sent it from, and a contact detail only if you give one. When you report a world boss kill we store the server, the boss and the time. To stop spam, both use a hash of your IP address mixed with a value that changes every day; the IP address itself is never stored. Old boss reports are deleted automatically.
Characters you look up are public game data from NCSOFT's character service. They are saved so they can appear on the leaderboard and in legion searches, and they are refreshed or removed when the game data changes.
Hosting and other services
The site runs on Cloudflare, which handles every request to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address and browser details as part of the request, under their own privacy policies.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, decline analytics in the cookie banner and turn off personalised ads in Google's settings. To ask about your data, or to have a feedback message removed, use the contact page. If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
